work out the day of your procedure
tan or have a sunburned face
take any blood thinners such as aspirin, niacin, vitamin e, or ibuprofen 24 hours prior to procedure
drink alcohol the day before or the day of procedure
wax or tint for 3 days prior to procedure
no facials a week prior
no retinol or aha/bha 2 weeks prior

limit caffeine for 24 hours prior to procedure
